- Baseball League - Seven teams are participating in the BayBears Rookie League. The season continues through July 9. Each team will play 10 games. Games are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at Sage Park. For more information, contact Donald Belle at 434-2210.

- Exploreum Trips - The Community Services department and resident associations are coordinating field trips to the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center. Families that would like to visit the Exploreum this summer should contact their resident association president or call Wayman Grant at 434-2211.

Families in the city of Mobile may attend the free weekly homebuyer education classes offered from 4-6 p.m. at Revelation Baptist Church (1711 Taylor Lane).
