The Mobile Housing Board has a five-member Board of Commissioners, which is appointed by the Mayor of the City of Mobile. The Board is comprised of active business and community leaders. Board members, who serve five-year terms, are responsible or approving the Agency’s by-laws, mission statements, resolutions and policies. The Board appoints the Agency’s executive director, who serves as secretary of the Board.
