Your application could be denied or delayed if you have:
- Unsatisfactory police record
- Unsatisfactory landlord references
- Debt owed to the Mobile Housing Board or other landlords
After you file a Preliminary Application, you will receive an appointment, by mail, to come in for an interview. At that time, you will be asked to provide identification, Social Security Card, birth certificate or an acceptable substitute, and verification of all income and assets.
