ATTENTION: Residential Specialty Contractors The Community Development Division of the Mobile Housing Board has an existing number of rehabilitation projects that need to be addressed immediately.This is an on-going program with contracts being awarded every month. These projects will be available for bidding in amounts up to $25,000.00. The work involves roofing, painting, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
